WHO WE ARE
S. Pandey & Sons is a family-owned holding company. We build new ventures and acquire existing businesses, then govern them directly as majority owners — for the long term.
We are not a fund, and we do not hold positions to trade them. Every business we take on, we intend to own, operate, and grow for decades — and to pass on, stronger, to the next generation.
Our ambition is to build a diversified group with businesses across major industries and regions of the world, in the tradition of the great family-led industrial houses.
